What's included in the coaching program?

You’ll get personalized workout programming, nutrition guidance tailored to your goals, weekly check-ins, direct support via chat, and ongoing education around fitness, food, and mindset. Everything is designed to help you create sustainable habits that last.

Will I get a meal plan?

Instead of strict meal plans, I provide flexible nutrition coaching. You’ll learn how to build balanced meals, track your intake (if needed), and make food choices that work for your goals and lifestyle — no restrictions or “off-limits” foods.

How do I get started?

You’ll fill out a quick intake form, schedule a consultation call, and once we’re aligned, I’ll set up your program and onboarding information. Everything is simple, supportive, and designed to get you moving forward fast.

How is this program different from everything else I’ve tried?

This program isn’t about quick fixes, restrictive meal plans, or pushing your body to exhaustion. It’s about creating a sustainable lifestyle, one that works with your body, not against it. You’ll get personalized guidance, real support, and a focus on long-term results that last beyond our time together. Do I need access to a gym?

No! I can build your plan around what you have access to — whether that’s a gym, home equipment, or just bodyweight. Your program will be customized to fit your lifestyle and preferences.

What happens if i fall off track?

Falling off track is part of the process—not the end of it. Life happens, and one slip doesn’t undo your progress. My coaching is built around real-life flexibility, not perfection. When things get off course, we look at what happened without judgment, make adjustments, and keep moving forward together. You’ll have my support, accountability, and tools to bounce back stronger—because long-term success is built on consistency, not all-or-nothing thinking.
